- Developmental and functional behavioural assessment
- Positive behaviour support plans
- Developing functional life skills in the areas of social, communication, self-care, daily living, recreation, and employment
- Assist to set and attain goals based on individual values
- Provide counselling supports to people with disability and promote physical and emotional wellbeing and help families, caregivers and individuals with disability understand the impact of disability on a person’s daily functioning
- Facilitate self-advocacy and / or advocate on behalf of people with disabilities
- Skills and strategies to transition to different life stages including school, vocation and into aged care.
- Assist you with your application or review with National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
